Your privacy and security are important to us. Your personal information is protected by SSL encryption, the industry-standard protocol recognized everywhere for protection of Internet transactions. AutumnRiders does not sell its client list to mail vendors. Your information will never be sold or transferred to a third party for marketing purposes.

How does the order process work?

Our online order process can be approached in one of two ways, either by selecting your vehicle MODEL or by selecting one of our products from the drop-down menu at the top of our website. You will then be guided through a few steps to complete your order. you will have a chance to review your order before making Payment, which is by check or credit card.   If you find you have any questions throughout the ordering process, please call us at 800-794-5580 or e-mail us — we’re here to help!

How much does it cost?

The prices listed with the apparel include the cost of embroidering your design. The only extra charges are for custom text (optional) and for shipping.

What if there is a problem with my order or an item doesn’t fit?

You can find our customer service GUARANTEE here.  if after checking the size charts, you have a question about fit, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can help you. If your purchase arrives and does not fit we offer a one-time “free” exchange (The only charges will be the usual shipping charge plus any premium for sizes over XL). IF you made a mistake while ordering let us know and we will work with you to fix it as inexpensively as possible. we want you to be a happy, LIFELONG customer!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are generally shipped within one to two weeks, but If you need expedited delivery please call us.  Transit time depends on your location and distance from our location in WOLFEBORO, NEW HAMPSHIRE.

How are orders shipped and what are the shipping and handling charges?

Flat rate shipping charges ARE based on the total order value. Shipments are made, IN MOST CASES, by US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. We ship to anywhere in USA. For international shipping please call us to place your order on phone.

What payment options are available?

We highly recommend for expedited service that PAYMENTS BE MADE SECURELY THROUGH PAYPAL.  YOU WILL HAVE THE CHOICE OF USING YOUR OWN PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR CHECKING OUT WITH YOUR VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD THROUGH THE PAYPAL WEBSITE.  If you choose to pay by check or money order we will process your order once your payment is received and has cleared your bank.


How large are the designs?

our designs are roughly 3 1/4″ wide by 2 1/4″ high. They are designed for the left chest on shirts and the front of hats. We do not do larger designs like for the FULL front or back of a sweatshirt OR jacket

What if you don’t have my vehicle?

If we don’t have your vehicle please e-mail US the make, model and year you want. If we get enough requests for a design we will Create it and inform you by e-mail. If you are a member of a forum or club who would be interested in a new vehicle design let us know.  If you’re looking for a special or limited production model you can request a quote for us to develop the design just for you. PLEASE SEE THE PROCEDURE UNDER CUSTOM DESIGNS.

What are the Primary, Secondary, etc. colors on the designs page?

AFTER SELECTING YOUR CAR OR MOTORCYCLE, YOU WILL BE ASKED to select the thread color used to sew the design, generally to match the paint color of your VEHICLE.

For models where we’ve listed the manufacturer’s colors – just choose your color SCHEME and we will use THE matching thread colors WE’VE PREDETERMINED.

For SOME models you will have to select the “Custom” color option and then select the thread color from the REPRESENTATIVE COLORED SQUARES available.

Some designs have a single color – others have two or more. The “Notes” to the right of the design identify where each color appears in the design. If you want just one color where Primary and Secondary colors are called for just specify the same color for both.  The thread colors window will help you with color selection, however as every monitor is different we cannot guarantee the thread will be exactly the same as it appears on your screen. as always, please call us if you are unsure about a color choice.

Why does my design only have one choice, “Custom”, for the manufacturer’s color?

We don’t always know what colors were offered by the manufacturers for all models or years. The “Custom” color option allows you to specify the thread color(s) we should use to match your factory or custom color scheme.

We would like to have more complete Manufacturer-Model-Year color records for all designs. If you can help us get that information, please contact us so we can better help us serve you and fellow enthusiasts.

What if my vehicle is just one color but two colors are asked for?

If the design you picked offers two colors for example (Primary and Secondary) but your vehicle has only one color specify the same Primary and Secondary colors.

Why is custom text not available on hats?

There is not sufficient space on hats for the designs plus custom text.

Can I send you a shirt or jacket to sew the design on?

No, sorry, we don’t sew on customer’s own clothing or merchandise.

Can you sew a design on some cloth I send you?

We have done this for a number of people (Some have even made quilts this way)! The best way to place an order like this is to contact us directly by telephone or by e-mail.
